I have completed several advertiser offers for rewards in Tap Sports Baseball, many of which involved spending money. Instead of receiving my rewards upon completion of such offers I've had to send several e-mails back and forth with customer support to get reimbursed. Sometimes it's not even worth the time and effort so I've just let it go.

This time was the last time I will complete an offer or spend any more money if not reimbursed. My offer was for 4910 in gold which is a substantial amount in this game. The ad was for Ultra Slim 400- buy one get one free for $47 with free shipping. I placed the order but was charged $48 plus handling and fees (claimed to be different than shipping), totalling $58.29. The total amount was not disclosed to me until I received my confirmation e-mail from the advertiser. The e-mail also stated that I was only going to receive 1 bottle instead of 2.

I contacted the advertiser and they reluctantly agreed to send me a second bottle only after I sent them a screenshot of the in-game offer but they refused to refund any of the processing and handling fees even though they were not disclosed.

I was willing to let this slide as well until Fyber customer support chose not to reward me for my overpriced in game purchase.

As requested I e-mailed Fyber support the order confirmation e-mail from the advertiser including the e-mail header with my e-mail address and the advertisers, along with the date and time of the e-mail send. It was attached and pasted into the body of the e-mail. I also provided a screen shot of the charge on my credit card statement and the name and phone number of the customer service rep who said he would be happy to verify my purchase with Fyber.

My last reply from Fyber said that I would not be reimbursed based on the proof I provided. They asked for the same thing I had just e-mailed them twice. I just don't understand why you wouldn't want to reimburse your customers for spending money with your advertisers. If properly reimbursed without any hassles I would be willing to spend more money with advertisers.
