  • Fraudulent scam buisness that should never be trusted.



    This company does the in game adds for gems for Monster Legends. After completing the give accurate info part of a free survey they redirect you to a page saying you have to purchase one of these products to continue... Apparently they do not understand the term free. after bringing this to their attention I got nothing but the run around, then finally an email saying i have to go back and complete the purchase something crap part of a free survey... these fraudsters claim stuff is free then try to make you pay for it.   • Ticket # 2016111611058339- Tap Baseball



    I have completed several advertiser offers for rewards in Tap Sports Baseball, many of which involved spending money. Instead of receiving my rewards upon completion of such offers I've had to send several e-mails back and forth with customer support to get reimbursed. Sometimes it's not even worth the time and effort so I've just let it go. This time was the last time I will complete an offer or spend any more money if not reimbursed.     Do not do ads or download games to get ingame currency. This company does not stand by their offers and will not reward you for your time. You can screenshot the finished survey or downloaded apps and they will still never give you your reward. All you'll get for reporting a problem is an automated message. Don't make this company money and be a victim to phone call harassment. In cases people have had their identities stolen from survey sites like these. Be careful! More...

  • Fyber scams you out of points



    Fyber gets an F on its customer service. They are a company that issues points for completeing app offers to another app but they cant get that right. In my oppinion its as if they pick and choose the apps they give credit for. The simple task was to play a game to level 5 I did that and reported the problem after I didnt receive the points. Now I am getting the run around from them utter ridiculousness. But its not the first time its happened. Id advise people not to even complete the app offers in the first place. More...

  • Fyber fails its customers on mobile app offer redemptions.



    I have had the same problem as the other reviewer. I was supposed to recievie 12 credits for one offer in Diner Dash and 6 for another. I sent in screnshots show that I had downloaded the apps needed and opened them. I received an email saying they'd be credited. No credit was received. I keep telling them I havent received it, but they keep saying that since the status page says complete it doesnt matter that I say I never received it. They are basically calling me a liar of what would equate to just under $2 USD in real world money. More...

  • Fyber.com sponsor pay credits that are never given...



    Fyber.com is a company that issues credits in some form or another after completing sponsor pay offers. I have spent the last 3 weeks complaining to the company because they did not issue 1671 credits for the Tap sports baseball I have been playing. I did everything I was asked to do and for 3 weeks and over 100 emails they continue to give me the run around....I get emails stating, they are having technical issues (that last 3 weeks?) Then I get an email stating I will receive my credits in the next few hours (how hard is it to transfer electronic credits?) The credits never arrive... and... More...
